Baby Steps To Yoga 

Connecting with the Earth Mummus within us - connection with self and with other Mummus.

 

Face the fears that arise embarking on the journey into exciting, but also unknown territory of pregnancy.

Feel grounded sharing it with other Mummus. It’s scary for second (and third and fourth…) time pregnancies too so we encourage mummies or expecting mums to join us whether they are first timers or not!

 

This session is a chance to be honest and free with where you are at, knowing you are not alone, and a place to share the highs and lows of pregnancy. 

 

 

 

 

The session will consist of a 45-minute yoga practice then coming together to eat nurturing & nutritious food. It is the ideal space for women to share & connect. Katie Smith, who will be holding the sessions, believes yoga is the touchstone transition towards motherhood, grounding yourself and connecting mentally, physically & spiritually. Only just giving birth to her daughter. Katie is also experiencing all those highs and lows along the way with you!

Tickets cost £5. Guests will also receive one one to if you register on line.
