Statement on BPA and Phthalates – 

All products supplied by Sistema are tested in accordance with EC and FDA food grade standards for repeat use containers. Sistema's material supplier does not add any of the “excluded chemicals” including Bisphenol, aromatic amines, heavy metals or phthalates in the raw materials used in the manufacture Sistema products.

Sistema holds raw material suppliers to strict guide lines on compliance requirements. Suppliers are required to demonstrate and declare that none of the “excluded Chemicals” are present in their raw materials and that the suppliers have fulfilled the EC and FDA requirements.

In addition to our supplier’s testing for food contact regulation standards, Sistema has all products tested by accredited third party laboratories in Europe and USA.
